SUMMARY:Manjushri Practice Day
DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Manjushri Namasangiti Practice\, based on the sacred text Chanting the Names of Manjushri. This practice was transmitted by our precious teacher\, Venerable Lama Dudjom Dorjee Rinpoche\, who graciously bestowed the lung (oral transmission) and teachings during a full-day retreat. \nFrom our understanding\, this is the first time Rinpoche has formally offered a Manjushri retreat in the West. We are deeply fortunate to have received this precious transmission and pray that it may bring vast benefit to countless beings. \nThose who were unable to attend the retreat are welcome to join the Sunday practice sessions\, provided they have previously taken Buddhist Refuge\, which is a prerequisite for participation. \nPlease note:  Refuge is a prerequisite. \nEvery Sunday evening until our next retreat with Rinpoche we will continue this practice.  \n\nTMC is taking this approach that allows members to focus on the latest practice for which Rinpoche has given us a lung(oral transmission) — it works toward completing practice commitments\, learning technical aspects of the practice more thoroughly\, and providing an opportunity to connect in a shared learning space with our TMC dharma brothers and sisters.\n\nPlease refer to the newsletter for all the texts required for the Practice. \nOnline Only via Zoom\nZoom Login credentials are the same for all Triratna Meditation Center (TMC) online meetings:\nhttps://zoom.us/j/4806976867?pwd=VzNKJdVXvjzElFkYbcGmkRFUymqbSV.1\nOr: Zoom ID: 480 697 6867\, passcode: tmc4u (phone dial-in numeric passcode: 251866)
